I am currently in-network with:

Premera Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Regence BlueShield, Lifewise, Aetna and First Choice.

Out-of-State Blue Cross Blue Shield (accepted via the nationwide BlueCard network - if your card has BCBS logo or suitcase icon, we can likely bill your plan.)

If you are interested in using another insurance, check with your insurance company to see what your out-of-network benefits are. If you have out-of-network benefits and want to use them, I will provide you with a statement of services called a “Superbill” that your insurance company will require. You pay for services at the time of service and submit your superbill along with a claim to your insurance company and they reimburse you directly.

I recommend checking what your benefits are before your first session by calling your insurance company.
